What Anti-virus program will you recommend for cooperate and personal use?

I am wandering what you will recommend for Anti-Virus in a Cooperate Environment with 15 locations and 300 Computers. I currently having McAfee set up to have few months lefts on that agreement.

At the moment, I am looking at Sophos endpoint protection and their Web Security and Control appliance.
What are you using and how effective have they been lately with all the new viruses, Malware out there, hacking activities, Hacks etc..

  1. Well i am currently using Kaspersky which i think is very good and also reasonable and very effective when it come to virus, malware and other activities, also its security online is very good as my little bro uses my pc at time but any bad website or anything bad Kaspersky blocks it and it doesn't allow programs to auto run in the system without the user's permission. My files are very secured when it come to using flesh drives (USB)its scan it first before it runs anything. Am really happy with my Kaspersky and am having 245 days to go, so long way to go. Am really happy with this site keep up the good work Ebrima.

  2. Yes agree with you on that. kaspersky is one of the program recommended for personal and cooperate protection. But does it use lots of your memory capacity, does it block programs that are OK to be use. For example, you want to install MS Office in your computer and it sees that program as very risky etc. Does it only protect you from online unwanted programs alone or does it go beyond that? Thank you very much and please give me more of your cooments and experience/s

  3. By calm I mean that the Windows world is so rife with viruses, adware, spyware, and other varieties of malware, it’s a commonly held belief that all computers are susceptible to these kinds of cooties and one would be a fool to operate a computer without some kind of prophylactic utility. This belief is manifest in Windows users who move to the Mac and immediately purchase antivirus software in the belief that it’s a necessary part of owning a computer.
